Chandon (Moët Hennessy) — HR Generalist Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris: 12-month hybrid apprenticeship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Talent Management: recruit and manage the early-career talent pool (apprentices, interns, VIE) from preboarding to offboarding; advise managers and maintain school relationships and campus events.
- Coordinate Performance Processes: follow the annual performance evaluation campaign and coordinate associated communications (Rise).
- Contribute to Talent Review: assist with the annual organisation and talent review (OMR).
- Assist Learning & Development: coordinate and deploy local training for the Paris team (~25 people).
- Support Employee Engagement: administer employee surveys, analyse feedback and contribute to engagement initiatives.
- Participate in transversal HR projects: support global initiatives including internal communications, onboarding programmes, CSR reporting and campaigns (e.g. conflicts of interest).
- Improve HR processes and data quality: audit HR data, document procedures and propose continuous improvements.
- Produce analyses and communications: prepare studies, reports and presentations for the Global Talent Management Manager.
- Provide general HR support for the Paris team: organise employee events, coordinate onboarding and respond to employee HR enquiries liaising with People Shared Services and SIRH.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school or university) with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong interest in people development, HR processes and data collection/analysis.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professional rigour.

Experience
Entry-level / beginner: candidate should be enrolled in a Master's programme; prior internships or short-term experience in HR, talent or people operations are an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's degree in business or a university programme with a specialization in Human Resources.
