CHANDON seeks Global Talent Manager and HR Business Partner for 10-month temporary role in Paris. Lead international talent initiatives for luxury wine group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute and implement CHANDON's global talent management priorities, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning across four continents
  • Lead organizational and talent review processes, identifying high-potential employees and developing succession strategies to support business growth
  • Manage and support the Female Leadership Acceleration program and annual performance management campaign (RISE)
  • Conduct and analyze company-wide pulse surveys, translating results into actionable plans and executive presentations
  • Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives and enhance the overall employee development experience across the global organization
  • Supervise and mentor an apprentice, fostering talent development and organizational learning culture
  • Provide dedicated HR business partnership to the 25-person Paris-based global team, addressing development needs and daily HR matters
  • Advise line managers on performance management, organizational design, transformation initiatives, and strategic workforce planning
  • Oversee the annual training plan cycle, from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation
  • Manage internal recruitment processes, including mobility initiatives, internships, and apprenticeship contracts

Qualifications

  • Valid work authorization in France required
  • Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience in global talent management or HR business partner roles
  • Proven track record managing international projects and cross-functional HR initiatives
  • Experience within the LVMH Group highly valued
  • Fluent English (primary working language)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across geographies

Experience

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline. Advanced HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
