Chandon is hiring a Finance Operations Analyst (VIE) in Yountville, CA to manage SAP FICO, costing, fixed assets and Power BI reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enrich master data in SAP (vendors, customers, fixed assets) and ensure internal control through exception reporting.
- Support standard costing and production cost updates in SAP for each SKU; participate in production planning to anticipate costing needs.
- Perform production order analyses, investigate production variances and manage manual inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory accounting.
- Lead month‑end bulk-wine inventory reconciliations and assist BP&A with sales, COGS reconciliations and related close activities.
- Manage Capex workflow: forecast inputs, asset creation in SAP, monthly follow-up, depreciation calculations and cash‑flow monitoring.
- Prepare and update the Capex masterfile and reconcile all fixed‑asset accounting movements monthly.
- Analyze non‑recurring costs from event through SAP booking to reporting in Topaz; deliver Non‑Recurring COGs and Grape Supply Plan reports.
- Produce and maintain monthly Power BI dashboards and ad hoc reports to support business decision‑making.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to optimise processes and run exception/controls reporting to support SOX‑style controls.
Qualifications
- College degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in finance, cost accounting or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and month‑end close processes; experience with fixed assets and depreciation.
- Demonstrated experience with production costing, inventory accounting and reconciliation procedures.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); ability to communicate with cross‑functional teams.

Experience
At least 5 years in finance or accounting roles with hands‑on responsibility for costing, inventory reconciliation, fixed assets and month‑end close in a production or manufacturing environment.
Education
College degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent.
