Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive internal and external financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including sales, cost centers, and profit & loss statements.
  • Manage data retrieval and upload in systems such as SAP and SmartView, supporting the Business Planning & Analysis team.
  • Coordinate monthly cost center meetings, analyzing variances and developing action plans.
  • Support the landing process by reviewing and challenging data from various departments.
  • Prepare quarterly overhead reports and manage excise tax forecasting and analysis.
  • Develop forecasting tools and perform variance analysis for cost centers and P&L items.
  • Enhance performance analysis for Direct to Consumer business, coordinating with cost center managers.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and maintenance of saleable items within SAP and DTC systems.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and perform ad hoc projects as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in finance, with exposure to financial statements preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP (CO-FI), Power BI, and budget/forecast processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and communicate results effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Experience

At least one year of professional experience in finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
