CHANDON Paris apprenticeship: E-Business webmaster support, 12-month contract, September 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily website content updates, including product information, imagery, and promotional elements
- Support implementation of new website features in collaboration with developers and designers
- Perform regular website maintenance tasks, including identification and resolution of broken links, image optimization, and performance monitoring
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing on new content and website features to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Provide technical support to the E-Business team regarding website issues and content updates in coordination with global IT teams and external agencies
- Collaborate with marketing and market teams to ensure website content alignment with global and local marketing strategies and campaigns
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a digital-focused degree program (e.g., Digital Marketing, Web Development, Digital Media) at Bachelor's or Master's level, or equivalent commercial/engineering school
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as Salesforce and Drupal
- Prior experience in webmastering or website content management (internship or university project) preferred
- Attention to detail with a commitment to information accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

First experience in webmastering or website content management through internship or university project preferred. Beginner level experience acceptable.
Education
Currently enrolled in a digital-focused degree program (Digital Marketing, Web Development, Digital Media, or equivalent) at Licence (Bachelor's) through Master's level, or equivalent commercial or engineering school diploma.
