Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised hospitality to winery guests and Wine Club members, cultivating rapport and long‑term loyalty.
- Actively promote and enroll guests into the Chandon Wine Club; present membership options and compelling offers to drive DTC acquisition and retention.
- Manage membership operations: accurately maintain and audit the membership database, update member records and ensure secure filing of documentation.
- Perform proactive member outreach, welcome new members, solicit feedback and resolve inquiries to strengthen member relationships.
- Liaise with outsourced client services teams to support membership processing, payment updates and resolution of complex customer issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot order or fulfillment obstacles (inventory holds, compliance flags, payment declines) and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
- Serve as the club systems and processes lead: deliver training, troubleshoot platform issues, run reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives across internal and external teams.
- Prepare and fulfil club orders and welcome gifts; support club events, pick‑up parties and Club Lounge service as required.
- Support ad hoc club projects and departmental tasks to advance operational goals and guest experience standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum two years in a customer‑facing, guest‑service or retail sales role, preferably within hospitality, wine or luxury goods.
- Demonstrated direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering elevated customer journeys.
- Passion for wine and luxury product; willingness to develop deep knowledge of Chandon’s portfolio and brand heritage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; professional phone, e‑mail and in‑person etiquette.
- Comfort with data entry, reporting and deriving insights to inform membership and eCommerce initiatives.
