Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for 2026-2027.
  • Participate in the innovation development and long-term strategy for Garden Spritz and other Free Spirit portfolio products.
  • Support packaging development from mock-up creation to final file consolidation and design feedback.
  • Develop brand presentations, activation guidelines, and agency briefs, primarily using PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects, organizing meetings with agencies, winery teams, markets, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget management processes.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive studies and innovation monitoring, providing recommendations.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with markets and agencies, contributing ideas.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a Master's in Marketing.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in marketing, whether operational or strategic, is recommended.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint. Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus. Strong teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit. Interest in innovation and sensitivity to luxury. Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset. Creativity and pursuit of excellence. Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and authenticity.

Experience

A first experience in marketing is recommended, with a preference for those familiar with the wine and spirits sector. An interest in this category and a commitment to sustainability are essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Business School or Master's program in Marketing.
