Certina (Swatch Group) seeks an Account Manager in Hellerup, Denmark to manage wholesale accounts and grow B2B sales across the Nordic market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships with wholesale and retail partners across the assigned territory, ensuring brand representation and execution at point of sale.
- Drive sales performance and market share by implementing commercial plans, meeting revenue and margin targets, and managing regular forecasting and reporting.
- Coordinate order management, pricing, and stock allocation with internal supply, logistics and commercial teams to optimise availability.
- Deliver product knowledge and sales training to retail staff and partners to elevate merchandising and after-sales service.
- Execute trade marketing and merchandising initiatives in collaboration with marketing and visual teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations for channel development.
- Represent the brand at trade events, retailer meetings and client presentations; travel within the Nordic region as required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and performance dashboards to support commercial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Proven track record in B2B wholesale or key-account management within luxury goods, watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills with demonstrable ability to grow retail accounts and meet targets.
- Commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting, territory planning and basic financial metrics.
- Professional command of English; Danish or another Scandinavian language is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience managing wholesale or retail accounts in the luxury watch, jewellery, or premium accessories sector; experience in the Nordic market is desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent; vocational qualifications in retail or luxury brand management are a plus.
