Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for interns and apprentices across headquarter functions (Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, Digital & E‑commerce, Operations).
  • Build and maintain high‑quality candidate relationships and ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience.
  • Act as primary contact for hiring managers: collect requirements, coordinate interviews and follow up on recruitment progress.
  • Coordinate onboarding and provide day‑to‑day support and follow‑up for the Young Talent population.
  • Define and monitor recruitment KPIs; maintain recruitment statistics and update organisational charts.
  • Conduct market watch and competitor benchmarking; propose actions to improve internal recruitment processes.
  • Animate the interns & apprentices community and organise internal events to facilitate integration and exchanges.
  • Participate in Campus Management and employer‑brand events (in collaboration with LVMH); prepare and update presentation materials (PowerPoint).
  • Contribute to transversal HR projects such as alumni community animation and optimisation of data‑tracking processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s level programme (Bac+5) in Human Resources, business school or equivalent with eligibility for a one‑year apprenticeship/alternance contract.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ideally a prior internship or alternance experience in recruitment, preferably within an international environment.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously while demonstrating professional maturity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong service orientation.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute effectively within a team.

Experience
