Role & Responsibilities

• Centralize and harmonize third-party sales reports (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, stock) and maintain consolidated worldwide performance tracking and pricing analysis
• Update and maintain Power BI dashboards to drive commercial insights and lead monthly network and product performance reviews
• Prepare partner business reviews for buying sessions and quarterly updates to executive stakeholders
• Manage financial planning touchpoints including budgets, revisions, and three-year strategic plans to ensure alignment across distribution channels
• Develop medium and long-term network growth strategies and metrics, translating revenue goals into production units to bridge finance and supply teams
• Deliver monthly business updates and invoicing targets by collection, maintaining smooth top-down and bottom-up information flow
• Partner with wholesale teams on open-to-buy calculations and target reviews; support the JOOR buying platform and adapt Power BI buying reports
• Track commercial department invoices and travel expenses to ensure administrative compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Wholesale Business Analyst or in a similar financial or commercial data role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI, combined with strong command of Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of retail metrics and wholesale distribution networks
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies with excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions
