The Visual Merchandising Intern supports CELINE’s retail team in implementing image standards and monthly and permanent guidelines across London stores, coordinating launches and anticipating store needs. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role with occasional regional travel and possible weekend work.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Visual Merchandising Coordinator with daily activities.
• Implement launches across London stores in line with the latest guidelines from central Visual Merchandising.
• Complete rotations between launches to keep stores updated.
• Prepare one of each item ahead of every launch to maximize efficiency.
• Participate in in-store training with the Visual Merchandising Coordinator.
• Prioritize immediate tasks while maintaining an overview of the wider workload.
• Liaise with department managers about retail needs and align these with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Brief store teams after each launch on the method and silhouette.
• Maintain a tidy Visual Merchandising tool area in each store and conduct occasional inventories.
• Support store zoning and back-office tasks as needed.
• Travel occasionally to support other stores in the region.
• Adapt to a changing schedule, including weekend work when required.
• Represent CELINE and the group as an ambassador.
• Express the CELINE spirit through creativity and a commitment to excellence.
• Help ensure image standards and procedures are implemented efficiently.
• Coordinate and support the effective implementation of monthly Visual Merchandising guidelines while adhering to permanent guidelines.
• Support stores and anticipate their Visual Merchandising needs.
• Work closely with Visual Merchandising and in-store teams.

Qualifications

• Prior Visual Merchandising experience.
• A keen eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Understanding of and experience in the Northern Europe region and market.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to take a proactive approach and offer solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Taste for challenge and a team spirit.
• Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism and empathy.
