CELINE Paris alternance: Visual Merchandising Coordination Assistant internship (Oct 2026), hybrid, Master's level candidates.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage orders, deliveries, invoicing, and tracking of tools and objects for special projects including fashion shows and events
  • Develop and maintain Visual Merchandising Guidelines for boutique rollout
  • Organize photoshoots and coordinate retrieval of props, packaging, and products from relevant departments
  • Oversee page layout coordination with graphic design teams and distribute documents to internal stakeholders
  • Generate purchase orders and manage invoice tracking and rebilling
  • Monitor departmental budget expenditures and reporting
  • Manage office archives stock inventory with periodic audits
  • Track external stock held by logistics providers
  • Coordinate shipment logistics including courier and DHL deliveries

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business, fashion, or related discipline
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Excellent organizational and synthesis capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to project management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
