CELINE Visual Merchandiser Intern position in London. Support VM team in executing luxury retail visual standards and product launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the VM Coordinator in daily visual merchandising activities and operational tasks
- Implement product launches across London stores according to central visual merchandising guidelines
- Execute rotations between launches to maintain updated store presentations
- Prepare sample displays ahead of each launch to optimize implementation efficiency
- Participate in in-store training sessions alongside the VM Coordinator
- Prioritize tasks while maintaining visibility of broader workload across multiple locations
- Liaise with department managers to align retail requirements with visual merchandising guidelines
- Conduct post-launch briefings with store teams to explain styling methodology and product silhouettes
- Maintain organized visual merchandising tool areas in each store and conduct occasional inventory checks
- Support zoning and back-office functions as required
- Travel regionally to support visual merchandising at other store locations
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including potential weekend work
- Represent CELINE as a brand ambassador embodying the house's creative vision and commitment to excellence
Qualifications
- Prior experience in visual merchandising or retail visual presentation
- Keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics
- Familiarity with Northern European retail market dynamics and consumer preferences
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and premium retail standards
