Visual Merchandiser Intern at CELINE, London. Support VM operations across luxury retail stores with display coordination and brand implementation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the VM Coordinator in daily visual merchandising activities and implementation strategies
- Execute monthly launches across London stores according to central VM guidelines
- Prepare display samples ahead of each launch to optimize implementation efficiency
- Conduct rotations between launches to maintain current and compelling store displays
- Participate in in-store training sessions with the VM Coordinator and retail teams
- Brief store teams following each launch to communicate method, silhouette, and visual narrative
- Liaise with department managers to balance retail requirements with visual merchandising objectives
- Maintain organized VM tool areas in each store with periodic inventory management
- Support operational tasks including zoning and back-office coordination as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including weekend availability and occasional regional travel
- Serve as a brand ambassador embodying CELINE's ethos of creativity and excellence
Qualifications
- Prior visual merchandising experience
- Keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics
- Understanding of Northern Europe region market dynamics
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
