Céline Paris is hiring a VIP Development Coordinator to manage bespoke collection requests for a luxury fashion maison. Full-time, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and monitor all VIP collection requests and coordinate fulfillment across the development pipeline
- Maintain and update daily tracking dashboards to ensure accuracy and real-time visibility of all orders
- Ensure timely delivery of collection pieces in compliance with agreed timelines and specifications
- Coordinate VIP collection needs across all product categories including footwear, leather goods, jewelry, belts, and accessories
- Manage sample launches with artisan workshops and development teams
- Oversee composition label ordering and tracking for all pieces
- Design and maintain tracking documentation and reporting systems for piece shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a coordination or project support role
- Demonstrated organizational excellence and proactive problem-solving
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with compressed timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency with tracking systems and spreadsheet management
