Celine seeks a VIP Coordinator in New York to manage celebrity relationships, coordinate exclusive events, and drive brand awareness through influencer partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and manage all incoming VIP requests to ensure seamless and exceptional experiences aligned with Celine's brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to amplify VIP activities and maximize brand exposure across luxury fashion channels
- Track global events and award ceremonies to identify strategic opportunities for Celine brand placement and partnerships
- Research, identify, and propose influential celebrities and emerging talent who embody Celine's aesthetic and brand values
- Support and coordinate exclusive local events, creating memorable brand experiences for VIP guests and influencers
- Manage VIP seeding programs and product placement initiatives to drive impactful brand engagement
- Maintain meticulous and current databases of VIP contacts, relationships, and engagement history
- Generate regular reports on VIP activity, campaign performance, and brand sentiment metrics
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stylist teams and assistants representing both Celine Men's and Women's collections
- Monitor VIP activities and coordinate dressing services to ensure all brand touchpoints reflect Celine's guidelines and artistic vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Public Relations and/or VIP communication within luxury fashion
- Sample trafficking experience required
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape, competitive positioning, and influencer marketing dynamics
