Role & Responsibilities

  • Support detailed analysis of production cycles and identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste reduction opportunities
  • Conduct time studies and work cycle analysis on production lines using standard performance analysis methodologies
  • Manage line balancing and workload distribution optimization across production operations
  • Collaborate on the design of efficient production layouts and optimize workspace layout based on balancing data
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and project reporting
  • Analyze and define production routings during prototype and sample development phases
  • Interface with modeling and prototyping teams to resolve technical queries and conduct empirical verification when needed

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent cross-functional experience in leather goods production processes
  • Fluent Italian and proficient English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
