CELINE is recruiting a Team Manager in Vancouver (Holt Renfrew) to lead store operations, sales and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of client advisors to achieve individual and store KPIs; manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.
- Drive sales performance through daily coaching, sales floor supervision, appointment-based clienteling and local market development initiatives.
- Maintain exemplary client service standards, resolve client issues, and cultivate repeat business using client books and CRM resources.
- Oversee store operations including POS and inventory management, shrink prevention, logistics coordination and timely administrative reporting.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to execute seasonal displays and maintain the brand’s in-store aesthetic; respond to metro client profile and sales trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum six years of retail experience with emphasis on store operations or management; luxury retail preferred.
- Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership in recruiting, developing and motivating sales teams; experience with succession planning.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least six years of progressive experience in a retail environment, with substantial exposure to store operations and people management; previous experience in a luxury or premium brand and possession of an active client book are strongly preferred.
Education
Business school or university degree, or equivalent experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 70,000 to CAD 85,000 per annum.
