Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Client Advisors, developing and coaching staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
  • Build a growth environment through daily coaching, weekly checks, and monthly reviews.
  • Ensure direct reports maintain a strategic mindset focused on commercial success and KPI achievement.
  • Participate in succession planning by training and developing support personnel.
  • Recruit candidates for all team levels, ensuring qualifications meet company standards.
  • Supervise team, implement company policies, and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Onboard, train, and develop the team to provide exceptional client service and drive sales.
  • Identify training needs and implement regular training sessions.
  • Lead sales team to achieve sales goals and provide high-quality client service.
  • Coordinate client relationship resources to enhance client assistance.
  • Develop events and incentives to grow the client base, focusing on local market expansion.
  • Partner with the Visual Manager to uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Utilize POS system effectively and ensure staff proficiency.
  • Provide monthly business reports and maintain communication with corporate and other stakeholders.
  • Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail, with an emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Proficiency in using various software packages.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Client book management and development. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design. Action-oriented and result-driven. Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues. Customer service orientation.

Experience

Minimum of 6 years in a retail setting with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury environment.

Education

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

Compensation
