Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage team of Client Advisors through goal-setting, regular coaching, and performance reviews; develop staff capabilities and readiness for advancement
  • Build a growth environment through daily coaching, weekly pulse checks, monthly reviews, and use of internal objectives platform (RISE)
  • Oversee recruitment of team members meeting company standards; implement onboarding, training, and development programs for exceptional client service delivery
  • Meet sales objectives set by Regional Director of Stores; lead and empower sales team to maximize commercial results through high-quality client engagement
  • Develop and implement client relationship strategies, including appointment-based business models, consignments, and client base expansion initiatives
  • Partner with Visual Manager to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and execute compelling store environments aligned with client profiles
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink targets; utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management and reporting
  • Provide monthly quantitative and qualitative business reports to Corporate; maintain communication with corporate offices, mall management, repair facilities, and sister stores
  • Ensure Voice of Client (VOC) and Mystery Shop Score standards are consistently met; resolve client service issues and empower associates with decision-making authority
  • Adhere to company policies, implement disciplinary procedures as needed, and maintain compliance with labor and operational guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–6 years of retail experience with emphasis on store operations, management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency with POS systems and retail software applications
  • Strong client book management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Experience

Bachelor's degree from a business school or university, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating retail management expertise.
