Celine Team Manager
CELINE is hiring a Team Manager in New York (611 5th Ave) to lead the retail team, drive sales and elevate client experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Client Advisors through daily coaching, regular reviews and formal succession planning to ensure consistent KPI achievement.
- Drive store sales and client acquisition by establishing an appointment-based business, activating client books and coordinating local events and incentives.
- Ensure exceptional client service standards across the team, measured by Voice of Client (VOC) and Mystery Shop Scores; act as an escalation point for client issues.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including POS and inventory control, reporting, shrink prevention, and coordination with logistics, product and corporate teams.
- Oversee visual merchandising execution in partnership with the Visual Manager to maintain compelling in‑store environments aligned to brand standards.
- Recruit, onboard and train new hires; create and implement regular training programmes and deliver written follow-ups to Training and Store Management.
Qualifications
- Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a retail environment with responsibility for operations, store management or office administration; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven people‑management experience including recruitment, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
Skills
Experience
At least 6 years of experience in retail with emphasis on operations or store management; prior experience in a luxury setting is highly desirable.
Education
Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
