CELINE is hiring a Team Manager in London to lead a boutique department, drive sales and develop staff. Permanent, on‑site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the department to achieve profitable sales targets and all key performance indicators while embodying CELINE’s brand DNA and service standards.
- Coach, motivate and develop departmental staff; design and deliver regular coaching to maximise client experience and individual performance.
- Analyse category and department performance, implement action plans and provide regular feedback to the Store Manager and Operations & Performance Manager.
- Own clienteling strategy for the department: drive client engagement, loyalty initiatives and personalised follow‑up.
- Ensure the visual image of the department aligns with brand guidelines and maintain an immaculate presentation of merchandise.
- Manage operational processes and compliance with internal policies, including staffing schedules and day‑to‑day organisation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury retail with at least 2 years’ experience managing teams.
- Proven leadership with the ability to manage and develop a large team.
- High product and fashion sensitivity with strong commercial acumen.
- Fluent English.
