Celine Team Manager - Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills. Lead retail operations, manage Client Advisors, drive sales and client service excellence. Full-time luxury retail management role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Client Advisors and develop staff through goal setting, individual meetings, and team coaching sessions
  • Build a growth-oriented environment through daily coaching, weekly pulse checks, monthly reviews, and utilization of internal objectives platform (RISE)
  • Ensure direct reports maintain a strategic, commercially-focused mindset with consistent KPI achievement
  • Lead succession planning by training and developing support personnel to assume greater responsibilities
  • Recruit candidates for all team levels meeting company standards and qualifications
  • Supervise team and enforce company policies, including accurate implementation of disciplinary procedures
  • Onboard new hires and train team to deliver exceptional client service and ensure proficiency with systems and processes
  • Identify training needs and create, implement, and document regular training programs for submission to Training Manager and Store Manager
  • Meet sales goals established by the Regional Director of Stores
  • Lead and empower sales team to achieve maximum sales results through high-quality client service
  • Coordinate client relationship resources including training tools and client books for personalized client assistance
  • Manage floor supervision levels to optimize sales performance
  • Develop events and incentives to expand local client base
  • Maintain the highest standard of client service daily
  • Support management and team in building repeat business and prospecting culture through action-based initiatives
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and corporate partners to ensure team embodies excellence in client service as measured by Voice of Client and Mystery Shop Scores
  • Assist sales associates with client service issues and empower them to make decisions in clients' best interests
  • Maximize POS system and inventory management functions; ensure staff proficiency in current systems
  • Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate merchandise assortment
  • Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports per corporate requirements
  • Maintain effective communication with corporate office, mall office, repair facility, and other stores
  • Coordinate follow-up and paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
  • Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements
  • Partner with Visual Manager on all visual merchandising standards
  • Analyze metro client profile to inform appropriate business reactions to individual trends
  • Support Visual Merchandising in planning, scheduling, and implementing innovative visual environments to enhance client shopping experience
  • Review sales frequently and take corrective action to address deficiencies and capitalize on positive trends

Qualifications

  • Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 6 years of retail experience with emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn and utilize various software packages
  • Client book experience strongly preferred
  • Passion for luxury products with appreciation for design
  • Desire to work in retail with focus on management

Experience
