Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust target stock levels across the store network to align with business needs, anticipating seasonality, events, and holiday peaks while optimizing inventory coverage
• Oversee product distribution to stores for multiple categories in collaboration with logistics and merchandising teams
• Manage overstock within the network through coordinated pullbacks to warehouse, maintaining safety stock levels for replenishment
• Deliver timely and adequate service to fulfill store product requests, building confidence in the supply chain model
• Partner with central and local logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries for automatic replenishment and seasonal orders
• Drive supply chain dashboard improvements to monitor business performance and key performance indicators
• Manage product allocation to out-of-network events and ensure cross-departmental communication on product availability
• Develop and maintain reverse calendars for back-of-house teams to provide visibility on projected stock movements, monitoring compliance and conversion

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with majors in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management
• Minimum 2 years of work or internship experience
• Prior experience in retail, distribution, or fashion and leather goods preferred
• Proficiency in analytical tools including Excel, Power BI, and VBA
• Demonstrated interest in fashion and retail sectors
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2 years of professional work or internship experience. Prior exposure to retail, distribution, or fashion and leather goods sectors is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals and the ability to navigate cross-functional environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with coursework in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Management.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 22 per hour.
