Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in defining target Supply Chain processes and their applicative modeling, particularly across Business Planning, Distribution Planning, and Demand Planning axes
• Support project animation and team management: coordinate and prepare steering committees, define short and medium-term team objectives (quarterly planning, backlog reviews)
• Act as liaison between the project team and a community of 70 global users, managing user engagement, requirements collection, and organization of training sessions in French and English
• Oversee operational coordination of Pop-Up launch offers and statuses in collaboration with Merchandising and Visual Display teams

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program at an engineering or business school
• Strong organizational sense and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills for leading meetings and presenting to teams
• Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Anaplan
• Fluent in French and English

Experience

Entry-level preferred with first Supply Chain experience; backgrounds in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or project coordination valued

Education

Currently pursuing or holding a Bac+4/5 degree from an engineering school or business school
