Céline internship: Supply Chain Planning Intern, Paris. Support distribution operations, KPI optimization, and inventory management for luxury leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead ad hoc analyses to evaluate and design new supply chain processes
- Develop and enhance supply chain tools; establish and optimize KPIs for service quality monitoring (inventory levels, stock-outs, sales optimization)
- Analyze and report on worldwide leather goods KPIs including inventory availability, stock coverage, and fulfillment metrics
- Optimize existing dashboards and develop new ones using Excel and Power BI
- Manage operational distribution tool for Europe–Middle East retail network to optimize inventory targets for stores
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels against target stock thresholds
- Support continuous improvement of inventory management systems
- Lead and prepare monthly Europe–Middle East operational review meetings
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in business school, university, or equivalent programme
- Prior experience in distribution (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Anaplan
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning capabilities
- Excellent oral communication skills for meeting facilitation and team reporting
- Rigorous organizational mindset with critical thinking and proactive problem-solving approach

First experience in distribution operations is advantageous; candidate should demonstrate foundational understanding of supply chain fundamentals and readiness to manage projects with autonomy.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (Business School, University, or equivalent qualification).
