Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor packaging KPIs for institutional packaging: weekly stock vs. targets by region, monthly consumption, availability rate and stock coverage; identify reproduction needs and perform quarterly target reviews.
- Support ordering and production for secondary packaging: define requirements, follow production progress, and provide operational follow‑through on deliveries and payments.
- Manage store tools and ERP data: create purchase orders in the ERP, update the order entry tool (pricing, visuals), coordinate new product launches with Image and Product teams, and track stock levels.
- Review assortments of non‑merchandise products: perform assortment analysis and competitive intelligence to inform assortment decisions.
- Contribute to forecasts for institutional packaging twice yearly and drive continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes, reports and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Bac+4/5 (Master-level) in logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline; apprenticeship or 12‑month internship candidacies welcome.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with an ERP is a plus.
- Excellent organisational rigour, autonomy and attention to detail.
- Client service orientation, collaborative mindset and ability to communicate with international suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Entry‑level / debutant. Suitable for students or recent graduates seeking a 12‑month apprenticeship or internship in supply chain/logistics within luxury retail; prior exposure to retail operations or supplier coordination is advantageous but not required.
