Role & Responsibilities

  • Support weekly distribution planning: allocate finished‑goods quantities from central stock to regional warehouses while accounting for logistics and regulatory constraints.
  • Process and monitor internal orders (press, VIP, VIC, talent requests): verify stock availability, check export authorisations where applicable, and follow through to delivery.
  • Contribute to obsolescence analyses by reviewing stock profiles, identifying at‑risk SKUs and recommending corrective actions to optimise reference management.
  • Assist in coordinating the production plan with industrial suppliers and track production progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quantities.
  • Monitor component availability: execute follow‑ups and escalation with industrial partners to secure necessary inputs for production.
  • Manage finished‑goods pick‑up requests and validate receipt at the central warehouse with external manufacturing partners.
  • Define, implement and monitor operational KPIs (supplier load/capacity, service rate, component commitment, etc.) to improve performance visibility.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master) programme in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, production management, engineering or business school (internship convention required).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English (oral and written) for daily interactions with international partners.
  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude, strong organisational skills, autonomy, rigor and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Genuine interest in operations within the luxury and perfume/cosmetics sector is an advantage.
