Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Greater China supply chain strategy in alignment with Celine's global objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the supply chain supports growth and profitability goals.
- Manage the local Open-To-Buy (OTB) process to align business planning with inventory realities.
- Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling sales forecast using historical data and market trends.
- Lead the demand planning process to deliver accurate forecasts for production and inventory decisions.
- Oversee supply and distribution planning to ensure product availability across retail and e-commerce channels.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners to maintain high service levels and compliance with quality standards.
- Implement initiatives to optimize lead times, reduce costs, and improve supply chain agility.
- Oversee inventory management to balance product availability with minimizing excess stock.
- Maximize ERP systems and champion the use of Anaplan for demand planning.
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in luxury retail with a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or CPIM are advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
