Céline Paris internship: Supply Chain & Distribution Planning Intern, 6 months, January 2027. Full-time, on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track pre-orders across all worldwide regions end-to-end, interfacing with regional teams, supply chain, production, and logistics departments to ensure visibility and prioritized fulfillment
- Coordinate with production teams to monitor delivery dates and timelines for seasonal product launches
- Gather and consolidate pre-order data manually and through Seamless retail tools, providing regional stakeholders with delivery progress updates
- Adjust sales forecasts and launch parameters for women's shoes and ready-to-wear collections based on pre-launches, production delays, and inventory adjustments
- Integrate reorders and coordinate with product teams on regional allocation and split requirements
- Prepare weekly sales plan reports with adjusted forecasts and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/+5 engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme with supply chain specialization
- Proficiency in Excel, including PowerPivot and PowerQuery; PowerBI experience is advantageous
- Strong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and cross-reference large datasets with accuracy and precision
- Proactive approach with capacity to develop new tools and improve existing processes
- Fluency in French and English

Preference for candidates with prior exposure to supply chain operations or logistics; however, motivated entry-level candidates with strong analytical abilities will be considered.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac +4/+5 degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent, with specialization in supply chain management.
