Celine internship: 6-month Supply & Distribution Planning role in Paris. Support luxury supply chain operations, pre-order tracking, and sales forecasting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and manage end-to-end pre-order customer deliveries across global regions, interfacing with Regional, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics teams
- Retrieve and consolidate pre-order data from each collection using both manual processes and Seamless retail system; provide visibility on delivery progress
- Coordinate with Production to monitor and trace delivery dates from manufacturing
- Ensure pre-orders receive priority fulfillment in collaboration with Supply Chain and ISA teams
- Track shipments through Logistics until delivery to regional locations
- Adjust and reforecast seasonal product launch dates in forecasting tools based on pre-launches, production delays, and other parameters for Women's Shoes and Women's Ready-to-Wear categories
- Integrate reorders and align splits with the Product team and regional distribution
- Prepare weekly sales plan reports with adjusted sales forecasts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BAC+4/5 engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme with Supply Chain specialization
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Rigorous, demanding approach to work with demonstrated efficiency
- Proactive mindset with ability to generate and propose solutions
- Proficiency in creating and evolving analytical tools and processes
- Strong analytical capability: ability to process and cross-reference large volumes of data
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PowerPivot/Power Query); Power BI knowledge is advantageous

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Students should demonstrate foundational knowledge of supply chain principles and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a BAC+4/5 degree (Master's level) in engineering, business, or equivalent university programme with specialization in Supply Chain management.
