Celine, Paris: Six-month Supply & Distribution Planning internship in luxury fashion supply chain, starting February 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Calculate supply chain requirements for retail distribution and ensure alignment between production schedules and stock requirements
- Analyse and report on inventory projections, stock availability rates, and optimize reporting dashboards
- Update and manage seasonal production plans with adherence to demand forecasts; coordinate boutique set-ups with merchandising and regional teams
- Monitor seasonal deliveries and prepare OTA (On-Time Arrival) and distribution reports
- Create and adjust production orders across seasonal, permanent, reorder, press, and CRM categories; manage cancellations and order modifications
- Interface between industrial planning, merchandising, and logistics teams to optimize product distribution globally
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme at an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university with Supply Chain specialisation
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in supply chain operations (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel including PowerPivot and Power Query; PowerBI experience is advantageous
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities; ability to process and cross-reference large datasets
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; proactive mindset with ability to make process improvements

Entry-level or first supply chain internship; prior exposure to supply chain operations, planning, or logistics is appreciated but not required.
Education
Bac+4 or Bac+5 student enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme with a Supply Chain specialisation.
