Celine internship: 6-month Supply & Distribution Planning Assistant role in Paris. Track pre-orders and adjust sales forecasts in a luxury fashion supply chain environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track end-to-end pre-order deliveries for customers across all regions, interfacing with Regional teams, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics departments
- Retrieve and consolidate pre-order information from each collection using both manual processes and Seamless retail tool, providing visibility on delivery progress across regions
- Coordinate with Production teams to trace and monitor delivery dates from manufacturing
- Ensure pre-orders are prioritized within Supply Chain and ISA team workflows
- Monitor pre-order fulfillment through logistics to regional destinations
- Adjust Sales Plans based on seasonal product launch parameters for Women's Shoes and Women's Ready-to-Wear categories
- Re-forecast and adjust seasonal product launch dates in planning tools according to pre-launches, production delays, and other variables
- Integrate reorders into forecasting systems and liaise with product teams on regional reorder allocation
- Prepare weekly Sales Plan reports reflecting adjusted sales forecasts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
- Specialization or strong background in Supply Chain
- Demonstrated relationship-building and teamwork capabilities
- Rigorous, demanding, and efficient working approach
- Proactive mindset with ability to propose solutions
- Capability to create and evolve analytical tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to process and cross-reference large datasets
- Proficient in Excel (including PowerPivot and PowerQuery)
- PowerBI experience is advantageous

Entry-level or early-career candidate; no professional experience required. Academic background in Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
Education
Bac+4/5 (equivalent to Bachelor's degree, final year or post-graduate level) in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with Supply Chain specialization.
