Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly product demand plans and prepare seasonal demand planning.
  • Monitor and challenge industrial response, track deliveries, and identify alerts.
  • Manage collection distribution from launch to landing, making decisions related to deliveries, events, and business strategies in collaboration with merchandising and sales planning teams.
  • Coordinate with regional planners to ensure optimal product distribution and sales.
  • Define stock policy and conduct monthly and year-end stock assessments.
  • Prepare and lead the S&OP process for the category, identifying alignment needs and translating them into decision-making scenarios.
  • Coordinate and track actions from S&OP to ensure implementation.
  • Analyze and report on production adherence, stock coverage, product availability, and delivery tracking.
  • Optimize stock levels and participate actively in supply chain transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
  • Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and data proficiency. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with central and regional partners. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of ANAPLAN is preferred. Proactive and initiative-taking with the ability to handle unexpected challenges. Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management is required.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
