Céline Paris internship: Supply & Distribution Planner, 6 months full-time from July 2026. Support supply chain operations and product distribution initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track end-to-end pre-order deliveries across all regions worldwide, managing the manual data collection and Seamless retail tool coordination until regional pre-order system deployment
- Coordinate pre-order delivery visibility across regions, production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure priority fulfillment
- Monitor production delivery dates and trace pre-orders through the supply chain and logistics network to regional distribution points
- Adjust seasonal product launch dates in forecasting tools based on pre-launch timings and production delays
- Integrate reorder data and coordinate regional splits with the product team
- Prepare weekly sales plan reports with adjusted and current forecasts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree + 4 or 5 years of study in engineering, business school, or equivalent university programme with supply chain specialization
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including PowerPivot and Power Query; Power BI experience is preferred
- Excellent relationship-building and demonstrated collaborative spirit
- Rigorous, demanding, and efficient work approach
- Proactive mindset with capacity for self-directed problem-solving and process improvement
- Strong analytical capability and ability to synthesize large volumes of data
