Celine internship: Supply & Distribution Planner Assistant in Paris, France. Six-month full-time role supporting inventory and retail distribution planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Calculate and optimize retail supply requirements for permanent product ranges
- Monitor production plan adherence to supply needs and conduct stock projection analysis
- Compute distribution requirements and track availability rates across the retail network
- Generate and refine analytical reports including inventory projections and availability metrics
- Oversee seasonal product planning updates and ensure production alignment with merchandising demands
- Prepare store setup specifications in coordination with Merchandising and regional teams
- Track seasonal delivery performance and maintain order-to-arrival (OTA) reporting
- Create and manage production orders for seasonal, permanent, reorder, press, and CRM initiatives
- Adjust production orders in response to cancellations and supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme with supply chain specialization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and PowerQuery
- Fluent in both French and English
- Demonstrated analytical capability to process and synthesize complex datasets
- Proven ability to build and evolve analytical tools and reporting systems

Experience
Beginner-level experience with supply chain or operations is advantageous; however, strong academic grounding in supply chain methodologies and demonstrated analytical capability are primary requirements.
Education
Candidate must be enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master's level or equivalent) programme at an engineering school, business school, or equivalent institution, with specialization or focus on supply chain management.
