CELINE Paris: Studio Coordination Assistant internship (Sept 2026). Support creative studio in photo management, collection booklets, and design team operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Download, watermark, archive, and print photos from fittings and runway shows
- Perform photo editing tasks using Adobe Photoshop and create digital designs in Adobe InDesign
- Organize and catalogue physical photos and create digital versions of inspiration boards and lineups
- Integrate photos into debrief and relecture notes for design teams
- Create and print collection booklets including internal looks, runway photos, commercial, and VIC panorama sections
- Maintain tidiness and organization of cabines, runway work spaces, and creative meeting areas
- Ensure adequate supplies and materials are available for studio meetings and fittings
- Meet and accompany models from reception to studio meetings
- Assist with cataloguing and tracking archival references alongside design teams
- Produce digital recaps and summary images from design meetings and presentations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Knowledge of fashion terminology and studio workflows
- Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written) is advantageous

Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience acceptable; fashion background or prior experience in a studio or creative environment is advantageous but not required.
Education
Secondary education minimum; educational background in fashion, design, or media production is preferred.
