CELINE — Studio Assistant internship in Paris (July 2026). 'Convention de stage' required. Support the design studio with photo management and production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage photographic assets: download, watermark, number, crop, print and digitally archive fitting, lineup and runway images.
- Perform basic photo retouching and preparation for presentation using Adobe Photoshop; assist internal teams locating reference images and photoshops.
- Create and maintain digital and printed visual materials: lineups, image recaps, collection booklets and presentation boards using Adobe InDesign.
- Catalogue and archive physical imagery and inspiration materials; update debrief and relecture notes with integrated photos.
- Support studio logistics: ensure fitting cabins and runway workspaces are tidy, garments are correctly hung and staple items are available.
- Coordinate meeting supplies and liaise with facilities to replenish stock; prepare meeting materials and printouts.
- Meet and accompany models from reception to studio meetings and assist design teams with tracking archival/vintage reference pieces.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant higher-education programme with a ‘convention de stage’ (internship agreement) — required for placement.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop; comfortable preparing digital layouts and basic image retouching.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook for scheduling and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, punctual and able to work autonomously in a busy studio.
- English language skills advantageous; prior fashion-related studies or studio experience is a plus.

Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates with little or no professional experience. Previous exposure to a fashion studio or creative production is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrollment in a fashion, design, visual arts or related academic programme; a valid French 'convention de stage' (internship agreement) is required.
