The Store Operations Associate reports to the Store Manager and oversees inventory accuracy, stock movements, deliveries, and related administrative processes at CELINE’s Hamburg store. This is a temporary, full-time role with a 60% workload (24 hours per week).

Role & Responsibilities

• Optimize stock levels to support store objectives, sales goals, and efficient inventory management.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of CELINE products to handle stock accurately and integrate new arrivals seamlessly, preserving product quality and presentation.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team atmosphere by supporting and engaging with colleagues.
• Enhance the client experience through meticulous stock management and inventory processes that support exceptional, personalized service.
• Oversee stock management, including inventory accuracy, stock movements, and deliveries, maintaining levels that meet operational needs and CELINE’s standards.
• Manage administrative and stock-related processes accurately and efficiently; work with the manager to implement and refine procedures, comply with internal guidelines, and improve operational effectiveness.
• Follow CELINE policies and regulatory requirements for stock management, collaborating with the manager to ensure compliant stock activities and an organized back-of-house environment.
• Uphold CELINE’s image and brand integrity through meticulous stock management and presentation.
• Represent CELINE authentically and embody the Maison’s values.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English; a third language is a plus.
• Exceptional ability to manage inventory and administrative tasks precisely and efficiently, following internal processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail in stock management and compliance, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Commitment to supporting store operations and enhancing the client experience.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, working closely with managers and colleagues to achieve operational goals and maintain a harmonious work environment.
