Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop a highly motivated team, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
- Engage in the recruitment and induction process of new staff members.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer service is maintained daily.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with buyers for ordering responsibilities.
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to grooming and styling standards.
- Administer key administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
- Proficiency in computer software packages and inventory management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve issues.
- Fluency in foreign languages is advantageous.
