Role & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Saks concession, overseeing sales performance, customer experience, visual presentation and operational standards.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the concession: monitor controllable expenses, deliver against sales budget and produce monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports.
• Develop, coach and retain a high-performing sales team through regular 1:1 reviews, PCR evaluations and systematic induction processes.
• Manage merchandise and inventory: maintain accurate SKU and model stock levels, execute cycle/physical inventory, and use Retail Pro for inventory controls.
• Partner with Buying on OTB and ordering decisions, ensuring appropriate product mix and stock allocation by category.
• Drive clienteling strategies to strengthen client relationships and maximise repeat business; set and monitor individual monthly objectives for each associate.
• Ensure exemplary store appearance and adherence to grooming and styling standards in coordination with Visual Merchandising.
• Handle HR and administrative duties including recruitment, scheduling, timesheet verification via Kronos, holiday and absence planning, and maintenance of key store documentation.
• Resolve complex customer service issues, mediate staff concerns, and maintain positive relationships with regional and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of store management experience, preferably within luxury retail (minimum 5 years relevant experience acceptable).
• Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain retail talent and to build cohesive teams.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; capacity to mediate and resolve conflicts.
• Computer literate with the aptitude to learn and use various retail software packages.

Experience

Demonstrated senior retail leadership with 7–10 years managing a store or concession in luxury retail; experience owning P&L, driving sales plans, and developing teams is required. Prior exposure to merchandising, inventory control and partnership with buying teams is expected.

Education

Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 125,000 to USD 150,000 per annum.
