CELINE Store Manager — Saint-Tropez, France. Lead boutique operations, teams and sales for the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute store-specific commercial strategies aligned with broader business objectives to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, recruit and develop a high-performing boutique team through coaching, performance management and structured training to elevate client experience and loyalty.
- Drive clienteling programmes and personalised service initiatives to build long-term relationships and maximise repeat business.
- Manage store P&L, control operating expenses and implement actions to optimise margin and productivity.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, impeccable merchandising, stock accuracy and an inviting sales environment.
- Monitor local competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities and feed actionable insights to head office.
- Foster an omnichannel mindset across the team and drive related KPIs to ensure seamless client journeys between digital and in-store touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum five years of retail experience with demonstrated responsibility for team leadership and commercial results; luxury/fashion experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering sales growth in a retail environment.
- Strong people-management skills with experience coaching and developing large teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; capacity to prioritise and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
