CELINE seeks a Store Manager for its Prague retail team to develop the brand locally, with full ownership of the store and team. The permanent, full-time role covers commercial performance, client experience, operational compliance, store digitalization and team leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor store performance and market trends.
• Take responsibility for the store’s profit and loss (P&L).
• Identify opportunities for improvement and work with managers to implement action plans that achieve commercial objectives.
• Lead by example to establish a client-centric mindset, deliver an excellent in-store client experience and meet CRM objectives.
• Translate store objectives into daily targets and tasks, and inspire the team to achieve them.
• Be present on the sales floor and support selling across all categories.
• Act as the link between the head office and the store.
• Represent CELINE and promote its culture and values.
• Ensure an excellent client experience.
• Handle delicate customer situations when needed.
• Ensure processes comply with legal, regulatory and internal requirements.
• Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including stock and store planning.
• Ensure the proper execution of tasks related to store digitalization.
• Review team performance and potential to retain top talent, identify new talent and recruit.
• Manage the team to drive business, foster a positive work environment and develop team spirit.
• Coach the team regularly to develop the key skills required for their roles.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
• Strong business sense and ability to drive results.
• Product and fashion sensitivity.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and strong leadership.
• High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills, prioritization and agility.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity.
• Fluent Czech and English; a third language is a plus.
