Store Manager position at CELINE in Puerto Banús, Marbella. Lead luxury retail operations and manage high-performing teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor store performance, market trends, and P&L responsibility to ensure commercial objectives are met
- Establish and maintain a client-centric approach, translating store objectives into daily targets and team tasks to achieve CRM goals
- Provide floor presence to support and inspire the team, serving as the link between Head Office and store operations
- Embody the CELINE brand culture and values, ensuring exceptional client experience and handling delicate customer situations with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal processes in front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including stock and store planning
- Oversee the execution of store digitalization initiatives and maintain proper systems implementation
- Review team performance and potential to identify and retain top talent; recruit and develop team members through regular coaching to build key skills
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in fashion or luxury sector
- Proven ability to manage large teams with strong leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated business acumen and capacity to drive measurable results
- High sensitivity to client experience, loyalty, and service excellence
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and respond with agility
- Talent for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
