Celine Store Manager role at Wynn Las Vegas—lead luxury retail operations, manage staff, and drive sales in this full-time boutique management position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee overall store management, staff, merchandise, and customer service operations
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed budgeted targets and set individual monthly objectives for team members
- Manage Profit and Loss responsibility with focus on controllable expenses and sales plans
- Supervise inventory management using Retail Pro and coordinate with buyers on Open-to-Buy and ordering responsibilities
- Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser and corporate visual department
- Lead staff recruitment, assessment, and interviewing; manage hiring and termination with Regional and HR approval
- Conduct monthly one-to-one staff reviews and evaluate individual performance through the MPP process
- Identify staff strengths and areas for improvement using the Retail OMR process
- Create and manage staff work schedules ensuring appropriate store coverage
- Manage payroll, timesheets (Kronos), and personnel administration including paid holidays and absences
- Maintain store appearance standards including cleanliness, organization, and adherence to grooming standards
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports to NY management
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues including repairs, returns, and defective merchandise
- Coach and develop the team to maintain highest degree of customer service standards
- Build team spirit and maintain positive relationships with corporate, regional, and other store locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting
- Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with Retail Pro inventory management system
- Experience with Kronos payroll system
- Computer literate with ability to learn and use various software packages
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with staff, peers, supervisors, and corporate offices
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet financial targets
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in retail store management, with preference for luxury goods retail experience. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, managing P&L, and developing high-performing retail teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Business School or University, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating leadership capability in retail management.
