Celine Store Manager — Hamburg: lead P&L, client experience and team development for CELINE's Hamburg boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the store P&L and monitor commercial performance against targets and market trends.
- Translate corporate objectives into daily targets and action plans; inspire and mobilize the team to meet sales and CRM objectives.
- Lead client development and loyalty initiatives to ensure the highest standards of in‑store experience and CRM execution.
- Act as the brand ambassador—promote CELINE’s values, product ethos and visual standards across all customer interactions.
- Serve as the operational process owner: ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal procedures.
- Manage stock and inventory integrity; oversee store planning and merchandising execution.
- Drive the store’s digitalisation agenda and guarantee seamless integration of digital and in‑store processes.
- Recruit, coach and develop talent: create a positive work environment, build team spirit and deliver regular performance coaching.
- Resolve complex or sensitive customer situations personally to preserve client relationships and brand reputation.
- Maintain the link with head office, ensuring accurate two‑way communication and implementation of HQ initiatives.
Qualifications
- Business School, university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with proven exposure to the luxury or fashion sector.
- Proven track record of P&L responsibility and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing large retail teams.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
- High commercial acumen, product and fashion sensitivity, and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum five years of progressive retail experience, including demonstrable luxury/fashion experience and prior responsibility for store performance, P&L and team leadership.
Education
Business School, university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
