CELINE is hiring a Store Manager in Geneva for a permanent, full-time role leading boutique operations, team development and commercial performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute store-specific commercial strategies aligned with global objectives to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead clienteling initiatives to cultivate long-term client relationships and maximise lifetime value through personalised service.
- Analyse business performance and propose data-driven initiatives to enhance store results and identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; conduct performance management, training and succession planning.
- Manage store P&L, control expenses and optimise inventory to sustain profitability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, visual standards and a pristine client environment.
- Drive visual merchandising and store layout optimisation to support sales and the Maison’s aesthetic standards.
- Champion an omnichannel mindset across the team and monitor related KPIs to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with proven management responsibilities.
- Experience in luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred.
- Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Availability and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
