CELINE Store Manager (Bangkok) — Lead the Siam Paragon boutique, drive sales and team development for the luxury fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the store commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales and profitability (P&L) targets.
- Monitor and analyse retail KPIs, implement corrective plans and leverage data to drive strategic decisions and growth.
- Lead, inspire and develop the retail team and managers through coaching, recruitment, performance management and individual development plans.
- Oversee all store operations including inventory control, stock management, staffing, compliance with legal and internal procedures, and safety.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences; implement clienteling strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers.
- Champion the Maison’s brand image and visual standards across merchandising, presentation and staff conduct; represent the brand locally and at events.
- Collaborate with Retail Director and cross‑functional teams (visual merchandising, merchandising, training, client management) to maximise category performance and store initiatives.
- Manage relationships with department stores and external partners to plan and execute events aligned with the Maison’s strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' management experience within the luxury or fashion retail sector; prior retail experience required.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams, including experience managing managers.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable results against sales targets and P&L responsibility.
- Advanced ability to analyse retail KPIs and translate insight into actionable business plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to build relationships across all levels and with clients.
- Deep knowledge of CELINE’s products, heritage and brand identity, with a client-centric mindset.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury or fashion retail, with demonstrable success driving sales and developing teams; prior hands-on retail experience required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.
