Stock Operations Associate at CELINE Bicester | Full-time luxury retail inventory role
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all internal stock transfers are properly recorded at the time of movement, identifying solutions for outstanding, missing, or unaccounted items
- Verify all products are correctly boxed, labeled, and stored in the stockroom, maintaining proper display conditions to minimize stock damage
- Execute inter-store stock transfers as required by operations
- Complete all processes thoroughly with organized filing of relevant documentation
- Receive and verify all deliveries, confirming alignment with invoices and absence of damage
- Maintain consistent shop floor replenishment to ensure product availability
- Conduct weekly rotated inventories and bi-annual stock takes to minimize stock loss, submitting recaps to line manager and daily reports to financial coordinator
- Resolve stock discrepancies by locating missing products and cross-checking all internal loans and stock movements
- Pick and pack e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Process e-commerce returns and maintain daily sales sheet updates
- Coordinate shipping of samples to Portugal for product shoots
- Upload sample images to the e-commerce platform
- Provide client service support via email

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales within fashion or luxury retail
