Stock Operations Associate at CELINE Bicester | Inventory & E-commerce Management | Luxury Fashion Retail
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all internal stock transfers are recorded accurately at the time of movement and resolve outstanding, missing, or unaccounted items
- Verify that all products are properly boxed, labelled, and stored in the stockroom with appropriate maintenance of displayed merchandise to minimize damage
- Execute inter-store stock transfers as required
- Complete all processes thoroughly with organized filing of relevant documentation
- Receive and verify all deliveries against invoices to ensure accuracy and assess for damage
- Maintain adequate product replenishment on the shop floor at all times
- Minimize stock loss through weekly rotated inventories and bi-annual stock takes, submitting recaps to line manager and daily reports to financial coordinator
- Investigate stock discrepancies by identifying missing products and cross-referencing internal loans and stock movements
- Execute pick-and-pack operations for e-commerce sales
- Process and manage returns from e-commerce transactions
- Update e-commerce sales sheets on a daily basis
- Coordinate shipment of product samples to Portugal for photography
- Upload sample images to the e-commerce platform
- Provide client service email support
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales within fashion or luxury retail
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to identify and implement solutions
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent personal presentation and alignment with brand values
